Who can participate?
The skill level of our rooms are suited for ages 10 and up, but anyone can participate in the escape room experience! Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
What time do I arrive at E5C4PE?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to make sure we can review the rules and give you your maximum time.
Where do I park?
There is parking in the rear and there is also parking in front of the building on Wyoming Ave. If you park in the back please park in the spots reserved marked "Visitors" and please use the front door entrance on Wyoming Ave.
How much does this cost?
E5C4PE costs $20 per person. Keep an eye out for special promotions and discounts. If you are a company or school please contact us for group pricing.
Are we really trapped in the escape room?
You are never actually trapped. The doors are locked, but in the event of an emergency, we have cameras in the rooms to monitor everything going on, and we can unlock the escape room if need be. You will also have a 2 way radio system to communicate with the front office.
What happens if we need to cancel?
We do not offer refunds. 24 hours notice is needed in order to cancel your booking and be offered a gift certificate in the amount you paid or to be marked down on our reschedule list where you can call us back to reschedule instead of having to come pick up a gift certificate.
Can I show up without a reservation?
Online reservations are required to ensure your space in the room. However, if there are available time slots we'd be happy to accept the walk in. Please note that online reservations take priority over walk ins.
How many people can play at the same time?
Maximum number of participants depends on the room:
La Cosa Nostra 2.0 = 8
The Holding Cell = 5
Survival = 6
What happens if we do not book all of the available tickets for a time slot?
There is a very good chance you will be working with others who may book the same time slot if you do not purchase all of the tickets for that time slot. You can purchase all the tickets for the time slot to reserve the room, but do not need to have the maximum amount of participants to attend.
Are there a minimum number of participants needed per room?
Minimum of 2 participants for each room in order to book.
Currently during the Covid-19 Pandemic the minimum booking requirement is a group of 4.
What happens if I am late?
Games will begin exactly at their start time and being late may cause you to have less than 60 minutes to try to escape.
Are you handicap accessible?
